What to Know Weekly @ RCS (Sept. 18-22)

Here is what our Royals will be up to this week (September 18th-22nd):

 

Monday, September 18th

Mexico Missions Meeting 6th-8th Grade Families

We want each student to develop an outward focused perspective. On our Profile of a Student framework, we call this being missionally minded. One way we do this is through middle school missions trips. This year we are combining two trips into one large trip as we partner with YWAM (Youth With A Mission) to build three homes for families in Mexico (Baja California) who have inadequate housing. The trip is open to all 6^th – 8^th grade students and will take place during Easter Break, April 1-5, 2024. Our last informational meeting is Monday, September 18^th at 4pm in the small chapel across from the school office. CLICK HERE to sign-up for the trip. Spiritual Emphasis Week | September

Twice a year we have Spiritual Emphasis Week. Our first Spiritual Emphasis Week is this week! We will have daily chapels to enrich and strengthen the spiritual growth of each student. Parents are welcome to join us. Here are the chapel times: Kprep – 2^nd grade: 8:45am – 9:30am; 3^rd – 5^th grade: 9:45am – 10:30am; 6^th – 8^th grade: 11:45am – 12:30pm.

Friday, September 22nd

Popcorn Friday

Our wonderful PTF has decided to keep Popcorn Fridays going! Find them Friday after school at the flagpole where you can purchase their delicious popcorn for just $1! Please bring cash!

Away @ Cedar Park Bothell. D1 begins at 3:30pm and D2 will follow around 4:30pm.

 

Boys Soccer

Away @ Cedar Park Bothell. Game begins at 3:00pm.

 

Wednesday, September 20th 

Girls Volleyball

Hone vs. Evergreen. D1 begins at 4:00pm and D2 will follow around 5:00pm. Come cheer on our Royals at their first home game of the season! 

 

Boys Soccer

Away @ Brighton. Game begins at 4:00pm.

 

Thursday, September 21st 

Girls Volleyball

Hone vs. Cedar Park Lynnwood. D1 begins at 4:00pm and D2 will follow around 5:00pm.

 

Boys Soccer

Home (Starfire Sports) vs. Cedar Park Lynnwood. Game begins at 4:00pm. Meet us at Starfire Sports to cheer on our Royals at their first home game of the season!
